At BRF Engineering, you can supply the material, or we can. It all depends on your needs and specifications.
It is best to supply minimum of 1.6mm wall thickness as this will give you the best final result.
It is best to supply T1 or T5 as this is the bendable grade. Any other grade, the material tends to snap unless annealed.
Annealing is a process by which the material is softened (Usually using heat) to enable bending without kinking or snapping. This usually results in a weakening of the material as you are changing the structure.
